1. Develop the capacity of FNYBC to design, manage and deliver training programs through collective resources.

2. Support the development of each YouthBuild site to be self-sufficient for their economic, social, community, education and training needs.

3. Create awareness of the YouthBuild model and promote its expansion across First Nations communities
