The mission of FNYBC is to support and adapt the YouthBuild model in Canada. We draw upon established First Nation distinct practices so that youth can discover and maximize their inherent skills and contribute to the socio-economic development of their communities.

FNYBC vision is to establish a network of First Nation YouthBuild programs across Canada that apply the distinct intelligence practices of our affiliates, develop an Indigenous skilled workforce and foster leadership.
